2. Payfast is SA's leading and most secure online payment service provider, with clients like Takealot in their portfolio. They are registered with all the major banks, and none of your card or payment details will be shared with us.
3. NB: For Capitec Card payments please select the 'cheque/credit card' option when choosing your payment method. The debit card method will not work, but this applies to Capitec cards only. For debit cards from other banks, choose the Debit Card option.
4. Pease check your card to verify whether it is a debit, cheque or credit card. The type of card is normally specified on the card.
5. If you choose to pay via instantEFT, you will be required to log into your online banking profile while you are on the Payfast website. Please ensure that you are on the Payfast.io website before entering your details.
6. Once your payment is successful, you will be directed back to this website and see a confirmation message.
7. If your payment was unsuccessful and you want to try again, visit our home page (skybookings.net) and, below the search bar, click 'find my bookings'. Then follow the prompts to recover your booking and attempt another payment.
8. Again, remember that skybookings cannot access your banking or card details, and we will never ask for an OTP, your online banking details, or your card details on our website or the phone. All payments are processed by Payfast
